Create HTML V1 Build Plan document
Copy existing overview markdowns to Google Drive BlueForest Systems folder (5 of 8 done)
Add Priority and Icon columns to spreadsheet — priorities set for all current systems
Finalize spreadsheet — verify all 8 systems have accurate current data
Wednesday, March 4
Automation Core
Add ~6 more projects to the spreadsheet sheets
Create remaining overview markdowns and copy to Google Drive
Build Claude Skill "update-systems-dashboard" — scans project folders, creates/updates overview.md, copies to Drive
Build Apps Script daily sync automation — reads Drive overviews, parses data, updates spreadsheet
Test skill on 2–3 existing systems and verify end-to-end sync
